Shipping & Handling
Orders are usually shipped out within 7-10 business days via UPS (Friday orders will be processed on next Monday.). Notification of shipment will be sent to your registered email address when shipped. It usually takes 2-5 business days to receive your item when shipped, unless international shipping is used. Mail transit time is best estimated but not guaranteed as transit time varies. Buyer is responsible for return shipment. Shipping & handling fee is not negotiable.

We accept credit cards, money orders, cash, checks (checks must clear before orders are processed), and PayPal.
Returns
Defective items or problems with your order must be reported within 3 days after receiving. Please contact us for details before returning your package to avoid misunderstanding.
Warranty
Rabbit Pump warrants this product to be free from defects in material and workmanship for 60 days after the day of purchase. If purchased Friday, then the following Monday is the day after purchase day, regardless of holidays landing on that Monday. This warranty does not include damage caused by accidents, overheating or normal wear. If this product is defective in material and workmanship within the 60 days, return it to Rabbit Pump Customer Services Dept., 130 State Highway 173 North, Unit 3220, Bandera, TX 78003 and a refund will be issued. Customer is responsible for return shipping cost.
